• Phase 2: The remaining 20% of the total package amount must be paid no later than seven days before your scheduled travel date.

3. Peak Season Exclusions: The package price does not apply during the busy seasons of December, January, or the Ramadan period.
4. Hotel Policies: Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotels' policies.
5. Baggage Allowance: Your luggage and baggage allowance should adhere to the guidelines specified in your air ticket.
6. Responsibility for Valuables: Jetway Hajj Group is not responsible for any missing luggage or valuables during your travel.
7. Refunds: No refunds are available for partial or no-show or unused services included in the package.
8. Package Availability: The availability of the Umrah package is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
9. Nusuk App: It is mandatory to download the Nusuk App for Madinah Rawda Ziara. Please ensure you download the app before departure and book your slot just after arriving in Makkah.
10. Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable, Non-Transferable: Once a package is sold, it is fully non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, so please plan your trip carefully.
