  1. Bank Statement: A Salary Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate is required for employees. If the applicant cannot submit a salary certificate, details must be mentioned in the Office NOC.
  2. Attestation: The applicant should sign photocopies.
  3. Affidavit: An affidavit is needed in case of any major correction in your name
  4. Translated Documents: Any document that is not written in English should be translated into English by a credible translator and a notary public (Like Nikah Nama, Government order, etc.)
  5. Solvency Certificate: Only the original Bank statement and bank solvency letter are acceptable.
  6. Bank Balance: The bank balance should be BDT 60,000 for individuals and BDT 1,20,000 for families. Loan, DPS, and FD Accounts are not acceptable.
  7. Sponsorship: The first applicant can sponsor immediate family members only, namely 1) parents, 2) spouse, and 3) children. Copies of documents of the first applicant, including a Sponsorship Letter, Bank Statement, Bank Solvency Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and/or Proof of Relationship Certificate, are required.
  8.  Consent Letter: A parental consent letter is mandatory if the applicant is under 18
  9. Trade License: Business owners must submit an updated Bengali trade license and a notarized English translation photocopy.
